Meals on Wheels
Once a month, a team of people from Trinity Church deliver hot, nutritious meals to the homebound in Northampton County through Meals on Wheels.
Meals on Wheels of Northampton County supports the independent living of adults in need through the delivery of nutrition and community support services.
Trinity’s team delivers on the fourth Monday of every month.
